Our biggest portal update yet brings team collaboration to Biz Secure Online, alongside account-wide website management, easier two-factor authentication, and a refreshed dashboard.

What's new

Invite your team. On paid plans you can now invite colleagues to help monitor your websites. Assign each member to the companies they look after — they can view those reports and run on-demand scans, while you keep full control of billing, plans, and which websites are monitored. Members receive the same site-down, recovery, and scan-complete email alerts you do, for the companies they're assigned to.

All your websites, organised across your account. Websites are now grouped by company at the account level, so the right people see the right sites — no more separate, siloed lists. Your team sees exactly the companies you've assigned them.

Re-enrol two-factor in seconds. Got a new phone? You can now re-set your authenticator straight from Settings → Profile, without losing access in between. The safe lost-device recovery path is still there if you need it.

A refreshed dashboard. Cleaner company cards make it easier to scan your whole portfolio at a glance.

More dependable billing. Upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations now apply your plan's limits more reliably, so your account always reflects the plan you're on.
