Your Secure Score, who has multi-factor authentication (needs Entra ID P1: Business Premium), and Microsoft’s own fix for each issue, most valuable first. We can only read, never change: two permissions, nothing else. Microsoft’s consent screen shows three: the extra one is Microsoft’s own sign-in check, not ours. You can switch us off yourself, any time.
